{"id":50,"date":"2010-06-08T16:33:17","date_gmt":"2010-06-08T23:33:17","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/meditacionesguiadas.com\/blog\/?p=50"},"modified":"2024-09-12T14:42:28","modified_gmt":"2024-09-12T21:42:28","slug":"respiracio-ese-aliento-de-vida-que-te-pasa-desapercibido","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/meditacionesguiadas.com\/blog\/respiracio-ese-aliento-de-vida-que-te-pasa-desapercibido\/","title":{"rendered":"RESPIRACI\u00d3N: Ese aliento de vida que te pasa desapercibido"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image alignleft\"><a href=\"http:\/\/meditacionesguiadas.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2010\/06\/felicidad.jpg\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"300\" height=\"211\" src=\"http:\/\/meditacionesguiadas.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2010\/06\/felicidad-300x211.jpg\" alt=\"RESPIRACION\" class=\"wp-image-53\" title=\"RESPIRACION\" srcset=\"https:\/\/meditacionesguiadas.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2010\/06\/felicidad-300x211.jpg 300w, https:\/\/meditacionesguiadas.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2010\/06\/felicidad.jpg 450w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/><\/a><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h1 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>RESPIRACI\u00d3N<\/strong><\/h1>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Hoy en d\u00eda nos encontramos viviendo en grandes ciudades, o medianas o peque\u00f1as, pero en cada una de ellas existe la contaminaci\u00f3n del aire, esto demerita su calidad y con ella la cantidad de oxigeno que obtenemos con nuestra respiraci\u00f3n.<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<!--more-->\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Tomando en consideraci\u00f3n lo anterior, tuve que meditar con mucho detenimiento en la forma en que estaba respirando, al compartir en mi grupo estuvimos de acuerdo en que la mayor\u00eda lo hac\u00edamos de una forma muy superficial e inconsciente, se nos est\u00e1 olvidando ejercitar una correcta respiraci\u00f3n para que su funci\u00f3n se desarrolle con suficiencia.<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Antes que nada te enumero algunos beneficios de la correcta respiraci\u00f3n:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">&#8211; La respiraci\u00f3n te permite proveer de las cantidades de oxigeno\u00a0necesarias para que tu organismo funcione correctamente.<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">&#8211; Una sangre perfectamente oxigenada permite a tus c\u00e9lulas&nbsp;alimentarse y fortalecerse para defenderse de cualquier agente&nbsp;pat\u00f3geno que ataque a tu cuerpo, inclusive regenerarse por s\u00ed mismas.<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">&#8211; El cerebro funciona con m\u00e1s atenci\u00f3n y concentraci\u00f3n en las&nbsp;actividades que realizamos diariamente.<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">&#8211; Con tan solo respirar profunda, lenta y tranquilamente puedes&nbsp;bajar tus niveles de estr\u00e9s o ansiedad.<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">&#8211; Debido a la mala costumbre de hacer una respiraci\u00f3n superficial, te invito a que hagas tu respiraci\u00f3n consciente\u00a0cada vez que lo recuerdes.<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">&#8211; La respiraci\u00f3n es un regalo de vida, un regalo de Dios, con la\u00a0respiraci\u00f3n todo, sin ella nada, ejerc\u00edtala con respeto y amor ya\u00a0que ella es la conexi\u00f3n m\u00e1s importante que tenemos con la energ\u00eda\u00a0que nos une a cada uno de nosotros.<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Recuerda que tanto t\u00fa como yo tenemos un objetivo:\u00a0nuestro desarrollo personal, crecer y vivir con calidad, eliminar el dolor tanto f\u00edsico como emocional, poder ser la persona que somos, libres de creencias y actitudes limitantes.
