El hecho es que todos podemos realizar nuestras oraciones y \/ o <span style=\"text-decoration: underline; color: #000080;\"><strong><a href=\"http:\/\/www.meditacionesguiadas.com\/transforma-tu-vida.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline; color: #000080;\">meditaciones<\/span><\/a> <\/strong><\/span>en el momento que deseemos o simplemente en el tiempo en que podemos hacer un espacio.<\/h3>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<h3>Lo m\u00e1s bonito de todo es que cada d\u00eda te encontrar\u00e1s m\u00e1s conectado contigo mismo, con tu ser interior, m\u00e1s despierto y abierto a la vida, disfrutando y sonriendo abiertamente casi sin que notes el cambio. El descubrir esta conecci\u00f3n te har\u00e1 consciente de que, entre todos nosotros, hay algo m\u00e1s all\u00e1 de la comprensi\u00f3n humana que nos une.<\/h3>\n<h3>Alguien muy querido para mi me recomend\u00f3 alguna vez: \u00abSi te quieren hacer enojar SONRIE, si te quieren ver llorar SONRIE, si te dicen que no puedes SONRIE, a fin y al cabo tu est\u00e1s en tu centro, tu sabes quien eres y la capacidad de ser feliz y de hacer felices a los dem\u00e1s, tu te conoces y tienes la seguridad de saber que puedes hacer y que no, ellos no&#8230; por eso sienten temor&#8230;\u00bb<\/h3>\n<h3>Esa capacidad que tienes de conectarte contigo mismo, de aceptarte y amarte sin cambiar nada de ti, resta a tus emociones estr\u00e9s, esto te libera de las sustancias t\u00f3xicas que tu mismo organismo produce cuando estas en emociones y sentimientos negativos, liberando qu\u00edmicos que te hacen sentir bien, equilibrando todo en ti, nervios, bioqu\u00edmicos, pensamientos, emociones y tu propio cuerpo f\u00edsico, el cual experimenta menos enfermedades o, en su defecto, una capacidad de recuperaci\u00f3n mayor.
