{"id":273,"date":"2010-12-29T09:01:36","date_gmt":"2010-12-29T16:01:36","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/meditacionesguiadas.com\/blog\/?p=273"},"modified":"2024-09-18T09:53:47","modified_gmt":"2024-09-18T16:53:47","slug":"sanarte-a-ti-mismo","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/meditacionesguiadas.com\/blog\/sanarte-a-ti-mismo\/","title":{"rendered":"SANARTE A TI MISMO"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image alignleft\"><a href=\"http:\/\/meditacionesguiadas.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2010\/12\/Sea_Angels_II_by_Magaman.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"150\" height=\"113\" src=\"http:\/\/meditacionesguiadas.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2010\/12\/Sea_Angels_II_by_Magaman.jpg\" alt=\"Sanarte a ti mismo\" class=\"wp-image-275\" title=\"Sanarte a ti mismo\"\/><\/a><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h1 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>SANARTE A TI MISMO<\/strong><\/h1>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Hoy en d\u00eda es aceptado que algunas causas de nuestros desordenes f\u00edsicos son provocados por los malestares emocionales, los cuales impactan de una forma profunda nuestra mente o nuestra \u201cpsique\u201d, por eso sabemos que no s\u00f3lo se trata de una enfermedad del cuerpo, si no una enfermedad que viene desde el alma.<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<!--more-->\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Si vemos a las enfermedades desde este punto de vista, entonces podemos comprender que es posible restaurar y restablecer el <span style=\"text-decoration: underline; color: #000000;\"><strong><a href=\"http:\/\/www.meditacionesguiadas.com\/transforma-tu-vida.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline; color: #000000;\"><span style=\"color: #0000ff; text-decoration: underline;\">equilib<\/span><span style=\"color: #0000ff; text-decoration: underline;\">rio<\/span><\/span><\/a><\/strong><\/span> en nuestro ser, en una palabra, sanarte a ti mismo, eliminando aquello que te bloquea al ir poniendo m\u00e1s atenci\u00f3n a las cosas que te angustian y te causan desdichas, magnific\u00e1ndolas de tal manera que te impiden ver lo positivo en tu vidas.<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">El primer paso para llegar a la sanaci\u00f3n personal es admitir que es posible que estemos manifestando de manera inconsciente un s\u00edntoma f\u00edsico como medio para ocultar nuestras emociones, ya sea para no poner atenci\u00f3n a nuestros sentimientos o, simplemente, al tratar de no vivirlos por alguna raz\u00f3n y que nuestro cuerpo los manifieste por alguna otra v\u00eda.<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Por ejemplo: Una persona que pierde a alguien (sea causas de la vida o por causa de muerte) tiene la obligaci\u00f3n de pasar por su duelo y vivirlo intensamente hasta que sus emociones logren encontrar la tranquilidad. Si \u00e9sta persona no lo vive como es debido, ya sea por creencias propias o por un factor cultural, corre el riesgo de suprimir esas emociones, esto provoca que se impida el libre tr\u00e1nsito de la energ\u00eda vital dentro de s\u00ed, creando un desequilibrio f\u00edsico que podr\u00eda dar como resultado una dolencia f\u00edsica.<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u00bfCu\u00e1ntas personas conoces que, despu\u00e9s de pasar por un <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong><a href=\"http:\/\/www.meditacionesguiadas.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\"><span style=\"color: #000000; text-decoration: underline;\"><span style=\"color: #0000ff; text-decoration: underline;\">incidente<\/span> <span style=\"color: #0000ff; text-decoration: underline;\">emocional<\/span><\/span><\/a><\/strong><\/span><\/span> fuerte, enferman por lo menos de gripe? \u00bfTe ha pasado a ti? \u00bfTe gustar\u00eda poder sanarte a ti mismo?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">La meditaci\u00f3n nos ayuda a sanarnos porque nos pone en contacto con nuestras emociones, pensamientos y sensaciones f\u00edsicas. Nos hace mirar desde otra perspectiva nuestra propia impaciencia e intolerancia y genera una sensaci\u00f3n de desapego que nos permite ejercer el control sobre nuestras emociones.
