La meditacion no es un acto pasivo por m\u00e1s que lo parezca, no se trata solo de relajar el cuerpo y descansar, cuando se practica regularmente la meditacion, ya sea por nuestros medios o una <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><a href=\"http:\/\/www.meditacionesguiadas.com\/transforma-tu-vida.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\"><span style=\"color: #3366ff; text-decoration: underline;\">meditacion guiada<\/span><\/a><\/span>, tiene el potencial de producir mayores beneficios que una simple relajaci\u00f3n.<!--more--><\/h3>\n<h3>Si bien la relajaci\u00f3n brinda un alivio temporal al estr\u00e9s ya que le permite a los m\u00fasculos destensionarse, la meditacion pretende alcanzar tanto la relajaci\u00f3n corporal como un estado m\u00e1s elevado de la consciencia. La meditacion habitual ayuda a lograr un mayor control sobre los pensamientos y las emociones que nos angustian, lo que genera una sensaci\u00f3n de bienestar.<\/h3>\n<h3>La pr\u00e1ctica de la meditacion tiene un efecto acumulativo y sus beneficios se sienten casi de inmediato: un desprendimiento de las presiones diarias y una paz mental duradera.<\/h3>\n<h3>Mientras que en Occidente a\u00fan nos obsesiona la necesidad de explicar los mecanismos y los misterios de la mente, en Oriente la meta es trascenderla, por eso la pr\u00e1ctica de la meditacion es milenaria, por que ellos no han desechado lo que nuestros ancestros han aprendido mediante la experiencia.<\/h3>\n<h3>Por esta raz\u00f3n algunas personas que se inician en la meditacion se sienten desconectados y confundidos, cuando escuchan que hay que \u201crendirse al ser Superior\u201d o \u201cvaciar la mente\u201d para descubrir nuestra \u201cverdadera naturaleza\u201d. Estos conceptos son abstractos, por lo tanto aparentemente irracionales, pero el estado meditativo nos acerca a un estado de consciencia relajada en donde podremos encontrar nuestro bienestar espiritual, mental, emociona y f\u00edsico.<\/h3>\n<h3>Para practicar la meditacion no es necesario adherirse a alg\u00fan credo religioso o filosof\u00eda en particular.
